   Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers

   Eucharistic Ministers serve at Mass and bring the Eucharist to those who are ill a  home and in the Hospital.

Right to Life

This ministry supports the sacredness of all life and promotes support for those who had abortions.

FAITH FORMATION

 (CCD)

Religious education is offered for children of the parish not attending Catholic school in grades 1-8. First Holy Communion and Reconciliation preparation occur in second grade. Confirmation preparation occurs in eighth grade. Minimum of 2 years is required for Confirmation.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A)   Contact: Carol Foster at Parish office

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is a rite in the Church for adults to prepare to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.  If you or someone you know would like to receive these sacraments, please contact the Parish Office.

SPIRITUAL LIFE

Upper Room Prayer Group

Some parishioners gather to pray for the needs of the parish and personal needs. They meet the 3rd Sunday of every month after 12:00 Mass.

Men’ Spirituality Group

Men gather every Wednesday evening at 7:30pm and bring food to the homeless at the PATH Station.  It is followed by a spiritual sharing.

Padre Pio Group

People gather for Prayer and Mass with the devotion to Padre Pio.

They meet the First Friday of every month at 7:30pm.


Secular Franciscans

The Secular Franciscan Order is a life commitment to follow and grow in the spirituality of St. Francis of Assisi.

They meet on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 7:30pm.


Spiritual Events

St. Ann has a series of retreats throughout the year, average one a month. These are usually held on Saturday mornings.

St. Ann's Guild


The Guild is an organization for women who are committed to the promotion of the devotion of St. Ann, the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. As a Guild the year comes to it's peak at the Feast of St. Ann, on July 26. During the year they organize a number of fundraising events to support the needs of the Parish. The women meet the last Wednesday of every month after the 7:00 PM Mass. For any woman that would like to join the guild just contact the President Marie Stinson whose e mail address is mstinslbi@hotmail.com.

The Guild meets every last Wednesday of the month.



Padre Pio Prayer Group
Padre Pio Prayer group meets the first Friday of every month at 7:30 in the church.  They gather for rosary and then Mass at 8:00. All are welcome to come and pray.

The Men of The Holy Name
The men of the Holy Name come together on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30 PM.  The are committed to promote the name of Jesus and to be faithful to the Church. As a parish organization they help to financial support  the parish with some fund raisers. During the Feast and Novena of St. Ann, they care for the Church and keep control of the many people that come in and out of the Church.
